Please understand that we are holding a reservation for you. If you should cancel within two weeks of the event, we can only issue a refund if a replacement takes your reservation. We may have a waiting list or you may transfer the reservation to a friend.

We will credit your charge card for the amount of the purchase once replacement is confirmed.
